Residential Real Estate Indicators
|
|
The Residential Real Estate Indicators (“RREI”) for Anne Arundel County and Annapolis are calculated each month using the latest available sales data for home in the county. The RREI compares month-over-month data as well as year-over-year data. It also breaks down sales by price ranges ($0-499K, $500-999K, and $1M-plus). Included each month are the Home Price Indexes for Batlimore Metro (a composite of Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Carroll, Harford, and Howard Counties), Anne Arundel County, and Annapolis. The Indictors report Total Volume Sold, Units Sold, Pending Units, New Listings, Active Listings, Days on Market, Average Sold Price, Average List Price, Average List Price to Average Sold Price Ratio, and percent change calculations month-to-month and year-to-year for the period reported.
